The three main impacts on health are: dehydration, over acidity and weight.
Dehydration
Let’s
talk about each one in order; dehydration is a serious enemy to health and well
being. Your body is 75% water.
What do you think would happen if you lost 5% of that hydration? You would probably be very sick or die.
Now what if you are running along at a 2% loss of hydration, what would
happen? You would have what I call
a low-grade wellness issues. I put forth the hypothesis that these low-grade wellness

Chronic Illness and Lethargy
